An official from the Homeless Social Assistance Association (Thamphyuzara city) said, “The child was very lucky to have been found
just before the rain. The child will be placed in a safe home, and the concerned parties will be consulted and arranged for the child.
The orphaned social assistance association donated the milk powder needed for the children,” he said.
