So, if you check your wrist blood test, you already have diabetes. For those of you who don’t know how much you don’t have diabetes, we have translated it as described by the American Diabetes Association👇
When you take a blood test…
Fastin (early morning before meals)
Non-diabetic – 70-99 mg/dL or 3.9-5.5 mmol/L
If you have diabetes – it will be 80-130 mg/dL or 4.4-7.2 mmol/L.
2 hours after eating
If you don’t have diabetes – it should be less than 140 mg/dL or less than 7.8 mmol/L
If you have diabetes – it should be less than 180 mg/dL or less than 10 mmol/L
If you don’t have diabetes – it must be below 5.7%
If you have diabetes – it will be less than 7%
As someone who does not have diabetes, if the amount is more than now, it is necessary to show it to relevant professionals.
💯 For people with diabetes, if they are within the mentioned amount, it can be considered that they are under control. If the amount is more than the stated amount, consult with the relevant experts and discuss the diet and lifestyle. Treatment methods need to be adjusted.
