As we age, the body’s immune system weakens. That’s why doctors recommend that you check your health once every 2 years.
But if you don’t want to do a health check, there are ways you can easily check it at home.
It only takes 30 seconds to check your body health.
1. Firmly squeezing the tip of the nail
Using the right thumb and right forefinger, squeeze the tips of the nails of the left fingers for 3 to 5 seconds. Try squeezing one finger at a time. Release the squeeze and within 2 seconds you will see the nail turn blood red. If so, the body has enough blood flow and the fingers are connected to the organs.
It’s not good if the tips of the nails are too painful to squeeze. The causes of pain are squeezing the tip of the nail of the thumb. If it hurts, there is a problem with the lungs.
If you squeeze the tip of your finger nail and it hurts, it indicates colon problems and constipation.
If the nail tip of the middle finger hurts when you squeeze it, the ring finger is also related to the heart, a sign of heart problems.
If you squeeze the tip of your ring finger nail and it hurts, you may have a heart problem.
If you pinch the tip of your little finger’s nail and it hurts, you have a problem with your small intestine.
2. Clenching a fist
30 seconds after making a fist, spread your hand back and you will see that the palm turns white when you spread your hand back. When you clench your fists, it’s like squeezing the blood vessels in your hands
Immediately after spreading and turning white, the hand reddened again. This means that your blood vessels are working well and that you are in good health. If it takes a long time for the palm to spread back and the palm becomes red again, it may be a sign of arteriosclerosis
3. Stretching the hip muscles
Lie face down on the floor and place your arms by your sides. Lower the left leg and slowly raise the right leg. Bend the raised right leg for 30 seconds.
If you can successfully bend for 30 seconds, your body is healthy. If it hurts when you bend over, there may be a problem with the gluteus maximus, the strongest muscle in the body.
4. Raising the leg
Lie face down on the floor with your arms by your sides. Raise both legs for 35 seconds and keep your body still.
If your legs do not stretch when you raise your legs, you are in good health. If you have difficulty lifting your legs, there may be a problem with your abdomen or lower spine.
